Position 2

Front
  1. You fold the club right over the outside bone of your right shoulder by completing your shoulder turn and cocking your wrists.  Your hips will also turn to, but the less you can turn them to position 2 – this will create a difference in the amount of shoulder turn vs. hip turn – the greater this difference will give you the ability to generate maximum swing speed.

  2. Your weight is now 80% on the inside of your right foot – this is similar to how a baseball player sets themselves in the batter’s box.

  3. Your head is positioned behind the ball.  You will notice that the line drawn on the screen shows that the spine angle goes right down your left leg.

  4. Your left arm does not have to be rigidly straight, a little bend at the elbow is perfectly fine.

  5. The club head does not reach behind your head.
